1. CHINACOAT2009 will be held at
the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), which is
located in the Pudong area ('Pudong' — literally 'East side of
Huangpu River'; 'Puxi' – literally 'West side of Huangpu
River'). A taxi ride from venue to hotel in Puxi Area may take
30-40 minutes or more, and even longer during peak hours. We therefore
advise Exhibitors to choose hotels in Pudong area.
2. Shanghai today is a very busy
cosmopolitan city, and the demand for hotel is very high on
day-to-day basis. We strongly advise visitors to fix your
traveling plan and confirm your choice of hotel as earliest as
possible.
All bookings must be made on or before October 16, 2009.
This deadline however is merely for administrative purpose. The
hotel will strictly entertain your order according to their room
availabilities and price policies.
3. You can find information of some hotels which we recommend. They
are divided into 2 Categories:
Category 'A': The organizer
has negotiated with these hotels to get a special offer of room
rates for the exhibition. To enjoy the special rates, please download
Form HR-A to make room reservation with
the hotel directly.
Category 'B': If you want
to have one-stop service, you may also reserve your rooms
through our appointed travel agent, "Shanghai Vision". Please
download and fill in
Form HR-B and return to
Shanghai Vision directly. Shanghai Vision can also provide
sightseeing/city tours for Exhibitors. For details, please

4. NOTES:
a. All the room rates are provided by the hotels. However, the hotels will
strictly entertain your order according to their room
availabilities and pricing policies. Listed room rates may
subject to changes if the reservation form was submitted after
October 16, 2009.
b. Surcharges apply in some
hotels.
c. To enjoy the preferential
rates, all bookings must be made on or before October 16, 2009
d. A 7 days' notice to your hotel
prior to arrival is required for cancellation or amendment of a
guaranteed booking. Otherwise, one night deposit will be charged to your
credit card by the Hotel. Please check carefully with your
chosen hotel or Shanghai Vision for the cancellation/penalty
policy. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any costs
incurred.
e. Visitors should settle all
room rates and other expenses directly with the hotel.
