To apply a booth at CHINACOAT2012 Guangzhou event, please proceed with the following procedure.
|
|
|
|
Booking Procedure |
|
|
- Fill out and return the
Application Form to CHINACOAT EXHIBITION LTD. by fax or e-mail.
- The Organizer will then acknowledge receipt of your application form by e-mail or
by phone.
- Upon receipt of your Application Form, the Organizer will allocate a booth according to your products or services, and will inform you the
details of allocated booth/ exhibit space around March 2012.
- If you accept to book the allocated booth/ exhibit space, an official contract, invoice for deposit payment (50% of total participation fees) and other exhibiting information will be sent to you. Exhibitors are required to sign on the Exhibiting Contract and settle deposit payment.

Payment |
|
|
- Deposit payment (50% of total participation fees) must be settled upon receipt of our invoice.
- Balance payment has to be settled on or before Sept 15, 2012.
NOTES
Application for exhibit space without deposit duly paid will not be considered as valid. Payment received is not refundable. (For details of terms and conditions, please refer to the Rules and Regulations printed on the Exhibiting Contract.)
