Vocaron is located at Ningdong National Energy and Chemical Industry Base in Ningxia, which is a national key development zone and coal chemical industry base approved by the State Council. It is the core zone and rich area of coal, water and soil resources in Ningxia, and is also the "No. 1 Project" for development and construction in Ningxia.
