Shanghai Pengbo Titanium Dioxide Co., Ltd. (formerly Shanghai Dongtai Chemical Plant), founded in 1971, has over 54 years of experience in TiO₂ production.


In June 2006, the plant relocated from Songjiang District to the Second Industrial Park of Jinshan District in Shanghai. The new location covers a vast area of 80,000 square meters, with a building area of 30,000 square meters and a total investment exceeding USD 30 million.


As the sole TiO₂ manufacturer in Shanghai, Pengbo has established an advanced production line with an annual output of 50,000 metric tons and a professional export team. The company is accredited with the GB/T 19001-2016 idt ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Certification and the GB/T 24001-2016 idt ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Certification.
