TIANZHIJIAO Kaolin Branch of Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Hefa Rare Earth Co., Ltd. (referred to as TZJ) was incorporated by the main sponsors—Baotou Steel and Rare Earth High-Tech Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 600111)—along with Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Hefa Rare Earth Co., Ltd. Founded in 2004, TZJ is located in the Zhungeer Economic Development Zone of Inner Mongolia, which serves as a distribution center for over 6 billion tons of high-quality raw kaolinite. In collaboration with Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, and Dalian University of Technology, TZJ established the Zhungeer Kaolin R&D Center with approval from the Inner Mongolia Department of Science and Technology.


TZJ has installed a fully enclosed production line built to international standards and was the first to introduce the latest automatic powder packing line from Japan. With a total production capacity of 100,000 tons, its kaolin products are widely used across various industries, including papermaking, coatings, paints, inks, ceramics, rubber cables, color masterbatch, modified plastics, plastic sheeting, polyurethane synthetic leather, expanded polystyrene, petroleum catalysts, pesticide carriers, concrete, chemical fibers, and more.


The Tianzhijiao Kaolin Branch has received two National Science and Technology Awards and holds two invention patent certificates. The company continues to enhance its energy, quality, and environmental management systems while maintaining a comprehensive quality control and customer service model.
