In 2019, Better Chemical acquired 45 acres of land in the Yueyang Green Chemical High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, a provincial-level chemical park in Hunan. A new, modern and intelligent production base was constructed there. The new facility commenced operations in 2022 with a designed production capacity of 15,000 tons per year.
The new base utilizes advanced manufacturing processes, along with DCS (Distributed Control System) and SIS (Safety Instrumented System) for intelligent production lines. It also implements MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to digitize and informatize the production process. This integration ensures control, supervision, and traceability of the production process through blockchain technology, offering customers a comprehensive range of products and services
