Changde's headquarters is located in the Yueyang Economic Development Zone, and it operates five production bases: in the Changling and Yunxi areas of the Yueyang Green Chemical High-tech Zone; Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province; Pingdingshan, Henan Province; and Qinzhou, Guangxi Province.


Adhering to the development philosophy of "green, creative, excellent," Changde has become a leading expert in the comprehensive utilization of the three wastes in the dual-process caprolactam production process. With a focus on the downstream propylene oxide market, the company has established a complete "Propylene Oxide¨CPolyether Polyol¨CPolyetheramine" industry chain, forming a dual business model that integrates "comprehensive resource utilization + new chemical materials."


Changde maintains a national postdoctoral research workstation, a Hunan Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, and a Hunan Provincial Engineering Research Center, among other research and innovation platforms. As of August 2025, the company has obtained 86 authorized patents, 84 of which are invention patents.
