The Company¡¯s current paid-up capital is USD 5 million and it is a subsidiary of National International Holding Company K.S.C.C., which is listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange (NIH).


The Company is one of the leading manufacturers of specialty construction chemicals in the State of Kuwait. It is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of concrete additives, a range of bitumen protective coatings, cementitious products, industrial flooring (epoxy- and cementitious-based systems), modified bitumen-based waterproofing membranes and protection boards, foaming agents, mortar additives, polysulfide and polyurethane sealants, hydrophobic PU injection systems, and all types of grouting materials, asphalt emulsions, and other chemicals used for protection against water and humidity. The Company also trades in similar items.


ACC is ISO 9001:2015 certified for Quality Management, OHSAS 45001:2018 for Health and Safety Management, and ISO 14001:2015 for Environmental Management. The Company manufactures its entire range of products in accordance with Kuwait and international standards, meeting ASTM, BS, and DIN specifications as relevant.


With a track record of about 40 years, Ahlia Chemicals currently enjoys more than 40% of the local market share in the construction specialty field, with strong prospects for further growth and expansion. The Company is the only manufacturer of bitumen emulsions in the State of Kuwait.


The manufacturing unit in Subhan Industrial Area produces and supplies a wide range of specialty construction materials for the most demanding applications. Ahlia also caters to retail customers through its showroom in Shuwaikh, which displays its complete range of specialty chemicals.
