The annual production capacity of the group has exceeded 500000 tons (200000 tons of barite/300000 tons of calcite), and the annual sales volume has reached 370000 tons (120000 tons of barite/200000 tons of calcite/50000 tons of fluorite), establishing its leading position in industry resourc-es. Jinko Mining has invested in building an intelligent manufacturing dual engine base: the first phase of a 40000 square meter smart factory and the second phase of a 50000 square meter innovation park are working together to integrate 16 intelligent powder preparation systems. The core equipment adopts German imported vertical grinding units and high-precision ball milling matrices. It is planned to build a high-end ore grading production line and an industrial robot fully automatic production line to achieve nanoscale deconstruction and dynamic reorganization of raw ore, and provide customized mineral solutions for customers. We plan to establish a quantum level quality control system. The company is equipped with a Swiss Mal-vern laser particle size analyzer, a Japanese imported whiteness analyzer, and an EU certifed heavy metal detection system to perform three-dimensional spectral scanning of each batch of ore. By using micrometer level precision control and big data quality prediction models, we ensure that product stability meets military standards.
