DAESONG FINECHEMICAL CO. (founded in 1998) is Korea’s only producer of rust-preventive additives, specializing in eco-friendly fine chemicals. Based in Onsan-eup, Ulsan, we deliver innovative solutions for metalworking, corrosion inhibition, cleaning, and indicator applications.

Core Products:

• DS-50 / DS-65: water-soluble, triazine-polycarboxylic rust inhibitors

• PSB-306: neutral barium sulfonate, dispersant/anti-rust agent

• DPE-610 / DMB-110: low-foam, water-soluble lubricant additives

• DSQ-1: hydroxy fatty acid, high-emulsifying cutting-oil additive

• K-DCI400: zinc-based indicator paste (Orange/Red)

• K-SR420: high-performance cleaner for molds & precision parts

Milestones:

1998 – Company founded (Ulsan, Korea)

1999 – First plant completed (Onsan)

2006 – Developed & commercialized DS-106 (water-soluble rust inhibitor)

2007 – Launched DPE-610 / DMB-110 (lubricant additives)

2013 – Commercialized PSB-306 (neutral barium sulfonate); relocated to Onsan Industrial Area

2014 – Established Corporate R&D Center (기업부설연구소 설립)

2017 – Established new manufacturing site in Onsan

2024 – DS-106 segmented into DS-50 & DS-65 (product differentiation)

2025 – Began direct exports of corrosion-inhibitor product lines
