OH-SUNG TECH is a Korea-based manufacturer dedicated to zinc flake anti-corrosion technology and high-performance metallic pigments. Since 2003, we have built an integrated operation with an R&D center and a production plant in Ulsan, operating under ISO 9001 and recognized as an INNO-BIZ and root-technology specialized enterprise.


Our proprietary High Energy Speed Milling process yields zinc flake with uniform morphology and low oxidation, enabling lower pigment-volume concentration and higher binder content for tougher, smoother, and lighter coatings.


OH-SUNG grades (e.g., OSUS-ZF) feature controlled particle-size distribution and consistent bulk density to support reliable dispersion and film build in both waterborne and solventborne systems. Typical applications include rust-preventive coatings for automotive components, shipbuilding and offshore structures, heavy equipment, and fasteners. We supply leading domestic and global coating companies and provide formulation guidance, technical data, and flexible packaging—from 20 to 50 kg pails/drums—to fit production needs.
