Innozinc replaces traditional electro/HDG/zinc-nickel routes with a room-temperature (~25 °C) ceramic-zinc process that delivers high corrosion resistance with a thin film. A coating of ~8 μm achieves ≥720 h salt-spray (KS D 9502) and 80 cycles CCT (JIS H 8502). It combines 9H pencil hardness with 5B adhesion, maintains excellent torque/fastening and sealing, and allows post-galvanizing bending or grooving without film damage. Parts can be welded directly without stripping, improving productivity and reducing fumes. The surface also exhibits strong paint adhesion (meeting demanding offshore/industrial criteria).

• Cleaner, safer, and lower-carbon.

The process contains no regulated heavy metals (incl. Cr⁶⁺) and avoids high-risk solvents. With simplified rinsing and water recycling, wastewater can be reduced by ~40%; vs. hot-dip galvanizing, process-level CO₂ emissions can drop by ~65%. Energy use is inherently lower thanks to ambient-temperature operation.

Innozinc is field-proven for solar structures (ground frames, bolts & nuts), automotive components (e.g., caliper bodies, supports), shipbuilding & marine hardware, container parts, roadway fittings (guardrails, gratings, hinges, fasteners), pipe joints, and general industrial steel structures—where durability, formability, weldability, and paintability are simultaneously required.
