| Xinjiang Zhongtai (Group) Co., Ltd. It is China¡¯s largest provider of full‑chain ¡°product‑plus‑service¡± solutions for polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC), ion‑exchange‑membrane caustic soda, 1,4‑butanediol (BDO) and viscose yarn. Its business covers more than 90 countries and regions, including countries along the Belt and Road. Production bases are located in Urumqi, Changji and other places, as well as in Tajikistan. During the 15th Five‑Year Plan period, guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, Xinjiang Zhongtai Group will fully, accurately and comprehensively apply the new development philosophy.
