(hereinafter referred to as “Anhui Black Cat”) established on November 17th, 2021, is a state-owned holding enterprise controlled by Jiangxi Black Cat Carbon Black Co., Ltd.  The company operates two major specialty carbon black production bases located in Hefei and Lvliang, with a combined annual production capacity of 34,000 tons. Among them, Lvliang Black Cat Material Science Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary is recognized a wholly-owned subsidiary, is a "National Green Factory" with a production capacity of 10,000 tons of channel process carbon black.


Anhui Black Cat serves as a key platform for Jiangxi Black Cat Carbon Black Co., Ltd. in advancing its strategic focus on speciality carbon black. Since its establishment, the company has been deeply committed to the speciality carbon black sector. Its products are widely applied across industries such as coatings, inks, plastics, pre-dispersions, and conductive materials, featuringdarker hues, purity, bluer tones, and easier dispersion. As a leading enterprise in the domestic special carbon black industry, Anhui Black Cat has successfully broken the long-term monopoly of foreign products in some key materials in the coating market, achieving a breakthrough in domestic substitution. In the international market, its products are exported to more than 80 countries and regions such as Russia, Germany, the United Kingdom, Japan, Brazil, India, and the United States. It has established long-term, stable, and friendly cooperative relationships with globally renowned enterprises such as AkzoNobel, Sherwin-Williams, Nippon Paint, and PPG.


Anhui Black Cat adheres to leading enterprise development through technological innovation, deepening the industry-academia-research collaborative innovation mechanism with academician expert teams and renowned universities to accelerate the transformation of innovative achievements. The company currently holds 39 patent authorizations, 24 registered trademarks (including 2 international trademarks), and more than 200 professional application formulas in the field of special carbon black. In 2022, the company's R&D project, "Key Technology Research and Industrialization of Low-Volatility, High-Pigment Ecological Special Carbon Black," won the First Prize for Scientific Progress Award from the Anhui Provincial Science and Technology Department. Its special carbon black product, PowCarbon®2429G, was selected for the "First Batch of New Material Certifications in Anhui Province."
