Its predecessor is Nanxiong Hongyang Coating Co., Ltd., which became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhongshan Ketian Electronic Materials Co., Ltd., on January 8, 2018, after being transferred to Zhongshan Ketian Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. through equity transfer. The current production capacity is 1200 tons of alkyd resin, 1000 tons of curing agent, 6000 tons of UV oligomer.
Nanxiong Ketian Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in Dongguan Dalingshan (Nanxiong) Industrial Transfer Industrial Park JiNan Xiongshi Fine Chemical Base. Dongguan Dalingshan (Nanxiong) Industrial Transfer Industrial Park is located at located in the southwest suburbs of Nanxiong City. The overall planning area is about 11,000 mu, with fine chemical industry as the leading industry. The park was approved by the environmental protection department of Guangdong province in November 2008, becoming the first fine chemical industry base in northern Guangdong.
The project land of Nanxiong Ketian Chemical Co., Ltd. is 20 mu. After becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhongshan Ketian Electronic Materials Co., Ltd., based on the original production capacity, the company invested more than 8 million yuan in total and expanded the UV oligomer project with an annual output of 6000 tons on the basis of the original annual output of 1200 tons of alkyd resin and 1000 tons of curing agent. Up to now, all the work of the expansion project has been completed, the license is complete, and the project is officially put into production. Now, the annual output of the project is 1200 tons of alkyd resin, 1000 tons of curing agent and 6000 tons of UV oligomer.
Guangdong Ketian Chemical Material Co., Ltd. was established at March 19, 2014 with design annual output of 12,000 tons of UV curing resin (UV monomer and resin). The company is located in Jianggu Fine Chemical Industry Park, Sihui City, Zhaoqing City, which is a provincial chemical industry park. Sihui Jianggu Fine Chemical Base Project is the key project of Guangdong Province, Zhaoqing City and Sihui City, located in the middle of Cihui city, belonging to the Pearl River Delta economic zone and the Pearl River Delta high-tech industrial belt. The planned total land area is 7km2, which is a large professional industrial park in the central part of Sihui. It is 10 kilometers from the center of Sihui city, 55 kilometers from Zhaoqing city and 80 kilometers from Guangzhou city. At present, the first phase of the park has been developed and the second phase is under development. The two phases cover a total area of 5,000 Mu. There are more than 30 chemical enterprises in operation or under construction.
The project land of the company is 53 Mu, and 5.24 mu of supporting living land is purchased at the entrance of the park, which is used to protect the life and entertainment of employees. After obtaining the land use index, the company actively set up a project team and promoted the progress of various projects. Up to now, the company has invested nearly 60 million Yuan.
