CONSTRUCTION CHEMICALS: ADHELIT, RP AND PULMIX

In the constructionchemicals segment, Polyplast's in-house production covers the full developmentand manufacturing cycle for redispersible polymer powders (RDP) under the Adhelit an RP trademark andnext-generation polycarboxylate ether (PCE) superplasticizers under the Pulmix trademark. In 2024,the company doubled its production capacity, implementing advanced emulsionpolymerization technology, modern spray-drying technology, and astate-of-the-art automated process control system.

RDP. Polyplast operates two independent production lines with atmospheric and high pressure technology of synthesis. The former line offers standard multipurpose products under the RP brand to use in wall putties, tile adhesives and self-levelling compounds. The latter provides comprehensive VAE polymer powder portfolio under Adhelit brand, covering all standard and sophisticated application areas, including EIFS, water-proofing membranes and highly-flexible tile adhesives.

Powder PCE. Dedicated production site uses in-house made PEG-macro monomers to manufacture wide range of highly-efficient PCE superplasticizers to use in conventional dry mortars, like self-levelling compounds and high-tech materials, such as non-shrink grouts and repair mortars applied in many infra projects. Portfolio includes universal Pulmix 5041 powder PCE, designed for consistent performance across multiple binder systems even with fluctuating quality, and the gypsum-specific Pulmix 7033, developed for self-leveling compounds, demanding extended flowability without delay in setting time.

CHROMIUM COMPOUNDS: CHROMPIK

Since 2023, Chrompik, a chromium compounds manufacturer with over 100 years of production has been part of Polyplast Group. More than half of the plant's output is exported to over 30 countries worldwide. Chrompik's full production cycle for chromium compounds enables customized technical solutions tailored to individual customer requirements.

The product range includes metallurgical chromium oxide, chrome oxide green pigment, sodium dichromate anhydrous, chromic acid for electroplating and wood preservation, dry chrome tanning agents, sodium sulfate, potassium dichromate. Applications span the paints and coatings industry, metallurgy, mechanical engineering (chrome plating and passivation of components), leather and textile production, and cleaning products manufacturing.
