Founded in 2000, Lucky Stone has a paid-in registered capital of RMB 79 million and is headquartered in Ningbo. The company obtained approval to handle triethanolamine and methyl diethanolamine in 2004 and acquired import qualifications in 2007. In 2013, it invested in Ningbo Yuanli Chemical Co. Ltd., venturing into the downstream deep processing of EO/PO. The second-phase project is expected to commence production of methyl ethanolamine, dimethylethanolamine, and other EO/PO derivatives in 2027, adding a production capacity of 300,000 tonnes. The group is the largest distributor of ethanol amines in China, distributing Dow's isopropanol amine series, and also supplies ethylene amines, polyurethanes (polyether, TDI, PMDI), solvents (ethylene glycol butyl ether, ethylene glycol mono- and diethers, ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, ethylene dichloride, etc.), and nonionic surfactants such as acetylene glycol polyethers and allyl alcohol polyethers. It holds twocore trademarks, "Lucky Stone" and "Lexxiso," and over 50 utility model patents.
