2. For any matters related to Category 'A' booking (e.g. cancellation, change of schedule, etc.), please always contact your chosen hotel directly.
3. Exhibitors/Visitors should settle all room fees and other expenses directly with the Hotel.
4. Information given via this electronic form will be sent DIRECTLY to YOUR CHOSEN HOTEL . The Organizer will not process the information submitted here.
5. Forms submitted via this page shall NOT be treated as reservation confirmation. The chosen hotel(s) will contact you to confirm your reservation after receiving your booking request.
