Attention!

1.  Overseas Exhibitors are advised to contact their local Chinese Embassy / Consulate General before traveling to China to check the latest entry policies and visa procedures and confirm acceptance of applications. Information is also available via the National Immigration Administration official WeChat or website https://en.nia.gov.cn.

2.  As of May 2026, China grants unilateral visa-free entry to about 55 countries and offers a 240-hour visa-free transit policy at major ports. For details, please refer to the National Immigration Administration website https://en.nia.gov.cn.

3.  Exhibitors requiring a visa should apply at least 1 month before travel, either in person or via a travel / visa agency at the Chinese Embassy / Consulate General. Those who require an official invitation letter may complete and return this Form to our Official Travel Agent 'Burnaby-Solutions'.

4.  The 'Official Visa Invitation Letter' issued by 'Burnaby-Solutions' is valid only for Business Visa applications.

5.  Applicants must complete and return this Form to 'Burnaby-Solutions' directly along with associated full payment.

6.  Once approved, 'Burnaby-Solutions' will send you the invitation letter via email. Applicants should bring the invitation letter along with their passport and other required documents to their local Chinese Embassy / Consulate General to apply for a visa.

7.  If an original copy of the invitation letter is required, applicants must cover the international courier service costs.

8.  The Chinese Embassy / Consulate General may impose additional charges for processing. Due to evolving entry policies, further documents may be requested.

9.  All applicants' passports must be valid for at least SIX MONTHS beyond their intended date of travel to China or any other destination. If multiple applicants require an official visa invitation letter, please photocopy this Form or notify 'Burnaby-Solutions' via email.
