Notes on Visitor Pre-Registration
1. In accordance with relevant regulations, all Visitors must register under Real-Name Authentication System and bring their original and valid ID Cards / Travel Documents (e.g., Passports for foreign Visitors) for onsite verification and entry. Photocopies or screen captures are not accepted. Visitors who successfully pre-register will receive an E-Pass with QR Code. Visitors can enter the exhibition halls after having their identities verified and QR Codes scanned onsite. Visitors who fail to do so will be denied entry.
2. A Registration Fee is required, but Visitors with valid “Invitation Code” can register for Free. Payment can be settled via Alipay, WeChat Pay or PayPal*.
3. Admission is restricted to industry professionals only. Visitors under the age of 18 will not be admitted.
4. Visitors holding valid Visitor Pass can visit both CHINACOAT and SFCHINA Exhibitions.

7. Gentle Reminder: Mobile registration is available only with a China mobile number.
Visitors' Admission Rules
1. In accordance with relevant regulations, all Visitors must register under Real-Name Authentication System and bring their original and valid ID Cards / Travel Documents (e.g., Passports for foreign Visitors) for onsite verification and entry. a. For Visitors from Overseas, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR and Taiwan Region: Please present their original and valid travel documents onsite at the 'Visitor Service Counter' for identity verification in order to activate their E-Passes before entering.
b. For Visitors Holding Chinese Resident ID Cards: Entry will be granted upon successful onsite identity verification and scanning of the QR Code on the Visitor's E-Pass.
2. Visitor E-Passes are strictly personalized and non-transferable.
3. Admission is restricted to industry professionals only. Visitors under the age of 18 will not be admitted.
4. The Organizer reserves the final rights to refuse registration or admission of any persons at its sole discretion.
